Switching from WatchMeGrow?
Centers often move because parents find the login complicated, or because access wasn't tightly scoped to a family's own room. CareCam gives each parent their own login to only their child's classroom, and only during the hours you set, and parents watch in any web browser with no app to install. Staff and administrators get a fuller internal view of the center, including audio, streamed from the camera's full-resolution main feed.

Do I need to buy new cameras to switch to CareCam?
Usually not. CareCam works with most existing IP cameras that support RTSP/ONVIF-style streams, so switching is typically a software change rather than a rip-and-replace. Share your camera brand and model and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit.
Stuck in a contract with your current provider?
Yes, and you don't have to wait it out. Send us your contract's end date and we waive your CareCam subscription until that date or for 6 months, whichever comes first, so you're never paying two providers at once. You go live on CareCam now and cancel the old service when its term runs out. If you're already month-to-month, we can move as soon as your trial checks out.
Will my parents have to do anything complicated?
No. We load your family list and send the invites, along with a ready-to-forward announcement you can share in one message. Parents create a free account and watch in any web browser or the app, no per-parent setup work for you.
Can I try CareCam before I switch?
Yes, with a real 14-day side-by-side trial for US centers. We ship a CareCam appliance that runs on your existing cameras while your current provider keeps running, so you can compare the two in your own building. The only cost is a $199 refundable deposit. If you switch, it's credited to your CareCam bill. If it isn't a fit, return the appliance within 14 days for a full refund, nothing to uninstall.
Is there downtime during the switch?
No. Your current system keeps running while we provision CareCam and you try it out. You only cancel the old service once CareCam is live and verified, so parents never lose access in between.

CareCam software is published pricing ($99–$199/month depending on camera count, custom above 24) and always free for parents.
